Mexico: Eating Insects by Mike Corey.
In episode one of #ChallengeMike we cruise Mexico City looking for some insects and other bugs to eat. Ant Eggs (Escamoles), Grasshoppers (Chapulines), and Leaf Cutter Ants (Chicatanas). We’re then taught how to cook these traditional foods by Josefina López the chef at Chapulin Restaurant in Presidente InterContinental Mexico City.
